Has Google Abandoned the Moto X Project Highly Unlikely

The Moto X Phone is slowly turning into somewhat of a mythical creature. With Rumored specs, and leaked photos, it is soon going to be standing up on the podi

um with Loch Ness and Big Foot.
Today I woke to the news that some analyst, named Sun Chang Xu, from Chinese Technology has said that Google is abandoning the Moto X Phone project. The reason…lack of innovation. Right off the bat, I can tell this information is inaccurate. If every company was thinking about abandoning a phone development project because of lack of innovation, then Apple would’ve stopped making the iPhone a long time ago.
Some have also said that this information has not exactly killed the Moto X project, but that the phones are still going to be released just with less Google integration. So in other words, less stock Android and more Motorola. Is that a bad thing? Not at all. The Razr line has features that should be in these new phones. I know we were all dying for more of a stock Android experience, but we already have that with the Nexus line. Also, I do not think we will see much of a WOW factor until Android 5.0 hits. We already know Android 4.3 is next in line, so maybe they will hold off with the “game changer” when 5.0 is unveiled.
So yes, I am going to call BS on this rumor. I could be wrong, but I am pretty sure they are not just going to walk away like this. Even though this analyst is pretty popular over there on the other side of the world, I still do not believe it. Maybe it is just the little Android inside me. Let us know what you think.
